4. Refund Policy

- All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for digital products or online courses once purchased.
4.2. Mentorship programs:
- 50% refund if cancelled after the first session but before the third session.
- No refunds after the third session.
4.3. Specialized services:
- Full refund available if the service hasn’t started.
- 50% refund if cancelled midway through the project.
- No refund once the final results have been delivered.
5. Product Return Policy

- স্ট্যান্ডার্ড টার্নারাউন্ড সময় হল ১০-১৫ কার্যদিবস, জটিলতার উপর নির্ভর করে।
৪. ফেরত নীতিমালা
৪.১. ডিজিটাল পণ্য এবং অনলাইন কোর্স:
- সমস্ত বিক্রয় চূড়ান্ত। ক্রয়ের পর ডিজিটাল পণ্য বা অনলাইন কোর্সের জন্য কোনো রিফান্ড দেওয়া হবে না।
৪.২. মেন্টরশিপ প্রোগ্রাম:
- প্রথম সেশন পরে কিন্তু তৃতীয় সেশনের আগে বাতিল করলে ৫০% ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।
- তৃতীয় সেশনের পর আর কোনো ফেরত দেওয়া হবে না।
৪.৩. বিশেষায়িত সেবা:
- সেবা শুরু না হলে সম্পূর্ণ ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।
- প্রকল্পের মাঝপথে বাতিল করলে ৫০% ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।
- চূড়ান্ত ফলাফল প্রদানের পর আর কোনো ফেরত দেওয়া হবে না।
৫. পণ্য ফেরত নীতিমালা
আমাদের পণ্য প্রধানত ডিজিটাল প্রকৃতির হওয়ায় প্রচলিত ফেরত দেওয়া প্রযোজ্য নয়। তবে:

৯. দায় সীমাবদ্ধতা
